Switching from Skilled Worker to Family Visa (Married) - Priority Service?

Hi all,

Looking for some guidance. My partner is looking to switch from Skilled Worker (former Tier 2) visa to Family Visa (Married Partner).

They are currently in the UK and will be applying from within the UK. On the application to the Family Visa, there is no option for priority service.

The GOV.UK site https://www.gov.uk/faster-decision-visa ... ide-the-uk is a little confusing - it lists the family visa as eligible but then only links to extension.

Would we be eligible to apply with the Priority Service?

If eligible, do more slots for priority open up in the mornings/at certain times of day?
