Extension visa for dependent (previously Tier 2 General)

Post by krish6488 » Thu May 12, 2022 12:54 pm

Hi,

I am applying for a dependent visa extension for my spouse and child. My scenario is as below:

I had a Tier 2 General visa which was valid until 28/06/2022. My spouse and child have got their dependent visas using the same CoS which are due to expire in June 2022

In 2021 April, I switched to Skilled worker visa which is valid until 2024, however, I applied and got my ILR in December 2021 (Tier 2 General route)

My query is - Which BRP should I use to extend the dependent visas?

Thanks,
Nikhil

Use ILR's BRP.
Quote ILR's UAN on application form as well. The extension will be 3 years.

Thankyou so much. Will the category of application remain skilled worker dependent extension?
