Immigration health surcharge (IHS) and one name

Good morning,

I just have a query in regards to the above.

We are in the process of submitting our application for FLR(M) and got to the IHS payment page.

It is asking to provide the given name and family name per her passport/ travel document.

However her passport only has one name under 'Full name' as she is from Indonesia.

But it will not let us move on unless we enter both, what do I need to put in this?

I know on our first application our solicitor had to use her name twice in the given and surname however on this VISA as we have done this online, it has allowed us to only use one name for her VISA application so not sure what to enter on the IHS fee payment.
