Ireland Spouse visa requirements for British spouse

Hello dear members

I need information for my friend who is thinking to move Ireland he is British citizen and his wife is living with him in the UK on spouse visa my question is if he move to Ireland how long after he can apply visa for his wife after move to Ireland and how many payslips he need ??? 3 months or 6 months can you please send me any link what documents he need thanks .
