Faster decision time

Hi everyone.
I was wondering has anyone tried to ask Home office to get visa decision faster then 11 month stated on gov.uk, and then actually got it faster?
I am on 10 year route and last time when I applied there was an option to pay for faster decision.
This time there no such option.

Online Application - Why there is no Super Priority Service Option ?
