Overseas sole representative visa

Dear moderator
Kindly explain me my cousin came in uk under sole representative visa in 2019 his accountant format the company and show 100%shares under my cousin name for bank account purpose after that they didnot change share under parents company name now his visa extention is due in October 2022 can we change share under parents company and it will effect his visa or not plz explain
