I can see there is another thread of ILR TIMELINES- SET(O) SET(F) SET(M). Please delete if question in not allow.

I want to know if anyone applied SET(O) application with Standard service and has received outcome of the application recently. Just trying to know average time of the application.

There is no specific average time. That is because each application is unique so knowing the timeline of applications gives you no information about your application timeline. Many get it around 8 weeks mark but you should expect it taking longer
