Start Date Delay by more than 28 days

Hi,

I got entry clearance in June valid from 16 June 2022 but I entered in UK on 5th August and started my job on Monday 8th August 2022 which is more than 28 days delay from my entry clearance start date . My actuals job start date on cos was January 2022 but I got decision very late. After I got my decision, my employer updated the start date as 8th August 2022 in sms account. Just wondering, if it's fine ?

Please advise. TIA
