ILR (Set O) Application Queries

Hi All, this website has been very useful for me to gain knowledge on how to fill out my ilr application so thank you very much to all contributors. I have filled out my ILR application (set O - 5 year Skilled worker) and i just wanted to clarify some points in application below.

I moved to UK in Aug 2014 under Tier 4 visa and since then i have been living in UK. I was granted T2 General Visa on 7th September 2017 which mean i am now eligble to apply under 5 year rule.

Questions:

1) Date i first entered the UK: I have mentioned it the date i was granted T2 General Visa (7th Sept 2017) as at the time i was living in UK under tier 4 visa. is that ok?

2) What countries did you visit when you were absent from the UK?
I travelled to multiple countries during the same trip but it only allows you to select one country from the options. I have selected the last country visited on a trip in the drop down menu and entered details of other countries visited within the same country in the details box. is that ok?

3) Sponsor licence number under COS: Is this from the cos i was issued when i applied for tier 2 visa extension?

4) Provide all previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK. Do I have to provide these for only the 5 year qualifying period (1st T2 BRP, Current T2 BRP and current passport) or from when I first moved to the UK. ?
Also for passport, do i have to provide all pages with entry/exit stamps or just the main page?

5) Evidence of immigration status in the UK. Is this the current BRP?

6) For salary requirement, my job is on the shortage occupation list. Does 80% salary requirement still apply to ILR as the SOC occupation salary document does not specify it clearly?

1) That is the date you entered the UK first. That question is not important
2) No need to provide all the details. UKVI does not care about the details of your travels
3) Sponsor license number. Ask your sponsor
4) Only the last 5 years, all exit and entry stamps
5) Yes it is the BRP
