few questions about naturalization form

Dear members,
I am applying for naturalization through ilr route (i have had ilr for 3 years) , here are few questions that came across my mind so double checking
1) i had applied for extension 5 times , before reaching the ilr application , i don't know the exact date the fingerprints were taken , can i skip that part , and only fill in the name and date of application ?

2) should the absence from UK only listed for past 5 years , or from the date i arrived in the UK ?

3) in document list , there is a field that says
""Proof of living in the UK for Mr xxxxxx for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen "" ....is this just ilr brp card ?

4) can i apply with the English test (Trinity B1 SELT) given during my ilr application even though its date is expired ?

5 ) More than 5 year back , i had paid fixed penalty notice for throwing cigarette butt on the floor in a local council , does that needs mentioning ?

Would really appreciate if you could answer these questions

2) should the absence from UK only listed for past 5 years , or from the date i arrived in the UK ? for the past five years, back from the application date.

3) in document list , there is a field that says
""Proof of living in the UK for Mr xxxxxx for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen "" ....is this just ilr brp card ? No, it's your passport(s) covering the 5 year period.

4) can i apply with the English test (Trinity B1 SELT) given during my ilr application even though its date is expired ? Yes, there's an option I believe to select that.

5 ) More than 5 year back , i had paid fixed penalty notice for throwing cigarette butt on the floor in a local council , does that needs mentioning ?No.

Would really appreciate if you could answer these questions
