Family Consent forms and Referees

Are my Referees required to sign the family consent form at all? From what I can see I'd say no but just would like to confirm.

I have no other parties involved in my application besides myself and the two referees.

Never mind, doesn't seem to be required of them to sign it.

Part 2 - Joint owner of accounts
Part 3 - Financial Sponsor
