My friend who live in pakistan want to visit uk do I need give any guarantee for him if I send invitation letter ? If he does not return within 6 months will this effect any future applications for my family members?

Seems you already have a premonition that he might do a runner. If you're not 100% sure of your friends true intent and purpose, why put yourself in such a situation.
