Sponsor license application delay

Hi all ,
I want some of your expertise here in my case please .my situation I own kosher supermarket (inside deli & sushi counter,too) and I applied for sponsor license application in 14January 2022 and in 20may 2022 my application refuse due to I missed email from HO regarding missing documents but refuse letter stated that I can apply anytime without any cooling off period so I applied again on 15 June 2022 and I applied to fast track next day morning I got email that your application is classified as 'complex' so I won't get decision under fast track route.now it's almost November and still haven't heard anything back from HO . whenever we email/call we only get generic answer that your application is under review that's all. Now how long HO will take to make a decision on my case ? What to do now to get decision ? I really don't know what to do on other hand my sushi's chef visa is expering on 20 November 2022 and if I lose him it will be big lose for my business .please help please.so frustrated iam.please guide me what to do next .
