time spent on Tier 2 ICT

Hi, I have spent 4 years on Tier 2 ICT followed by 3 years on Tier 1 GT and further followed by 1 year on ILR. Can anyone please confirm that I can apply for citizenship now as i believe time spent on ICT is considered.

The pathway to ILR is not relevant.
