URGENT UK Company Sponsor License Application Help 2023

Our company is a small Software Development company with 7 employees and 2 directors. and have been in the business for 8+ years. We employ one migrant employee who is currently on a graduate route visa. We are now intending to get a sponsor License for sponsoring him. we are looking for help on below activities:

1. For mandatory files we will provide VAT Certificate, Payee REF, Employe liability certificate, and one month Bank statement. Is it okay for 4 mandatory files for the application

2. Need the below question answer please:
Is your organisation currently employing migrant workers (non-settled workers) or sponsoring overseas students?
So, Do we need to count the employee who is on the graduate route visa for this purpose?

3. I am looking for a covering letter for supporting our sponsorship license application. So please anyone could provide a sample?

Suggestion: One Suggestion from my side is to add your office lease agreement along with all documents you mentioned above

Ans: Sorry, but i suggest let some one professional write that cover letter cause they include job codes defined by home office and many other legal and technical tiny terms that you can't
