Hi I need some information

I have Residence permit of Ireland, I live in Ireland and want to move in UK. I am indian national, and my kid is Irish national and he is 5 months old. He lives with me i seperated with my partner. We need break , in mean while i want to move with my Baby in Uk. There is no issue of custody, we have matual understanding on this.
is there is visa or permanent residence, i can apply and live and work in uk base on my Irish born kid
if that so, which programme is that and what is the process?

No. Having an Irish son does not grant you any rights to be in the UK. Only Irish citizens can live and work here and you are not an Irish citizen. So you need to apply for a visa like any other Indian national to come here. You can look at Skilled worker visas (sponsored work) visa
