Delay in application processing

Post by shuaibkhan » Mon Mar 20, 2023 10:09 am

Hi,

I applied for mine and my wife's citizenship on the 19th of October 2022. We both had ILR for 12 months by then (5 years on T2 + 1yr ILR). Biometrics on 26th October 2022.

However haven't heard anything since then. I know of my colleagues who applied after me and got their result back. And I also see on this forum some people getting result back after a month or two.

I am also aware the official timeline for application processing is 6 months. But given I am now into the 6th month, do you guys have any suggestions on how I should start following up to prevent my application from being super delayed past 6 months?

Thank you.

To start with perhaps email one (or all) of these addresses:
british-citizenship/nationality-enquire ... l#p2093594
