PR Dependants visa extension requirement after 2.5 years

Hi,
I have query regarding my wife and kids visa extension.

I have applied for dependant visa for my family and granted for 2.5 years. I have applied as PR dependants.
Now I need to extend their visa for another 2.5 years in June 2013. I would like to know the documents required for dependants visa extension.

When I checked in GOV.UK it is mentioned as "You may have to pass a higher CEFR level if you want to stay in the UK after 2.5 years".

Please suggest.

my wife got the English Language certificate (from NARIC) 2 years back. Please let me know if that would suffice or she needs to clear the CEFR Higher level. How difficult is to get the CEFR Higher level.

Presume not required. Can you state at what level her certificate was evaluated as being equivalent to?

The certificate states level C1.

So I guess my wife is not required to appear the test as it is equivalent to C1.

As per GOV.UK
level A2, B1, B2, C1 or C2, you can use the test result again for your application as long as your test certificate has not been withdrawn by the test provider

But she got the certificate in Sept 2020. I hope it is still valid to use now for the visa extension.

If she has used it in the past for successful application she does not need to go take a new test. Reuse what she has.
