Does ILR = right to free prescription medicine?

Does ILR entail the right to free prescription medicine if previously you would have paid prior to getting ILR?

You are only entitled to free prescriptions if your personal circumstances dictate that to be the case.

That is, getting the ILR makes no difference at all as to whether you are entitled to free prescriptions, or not.
