Dependent Child Visa

I am in UK as skilled worker. My husband also got dependent partner visa but he still didnot travel to UK. Now we want to apply for child visa for our 4 kids (Age 6yrs, 8yrs, 11yrs, 13yrs) Can someone help me with the following:

(1) Do i need to show proof of accomodation for my 4 kids with visa application. They will travel with their father who has UK visa as dependent partner?

(2) My husband used his bank statement with his successful application. And the required amount was £285 for 28 days where as my husband has almost £20,000 in his account. Can we use same bank statement for our 4 kids if balance is maintained?

Please some expert help me with this as we are about to apply for our kids asap.
