Am I eligible for sponsorship??

Hi respected members .

My husband is running a garage ( car workshop) and he is currently have 5 +worker( mechanic , electrician, mot expert etc) with him.
We are planning to sponsor 2 skilled mechanics from outside UK.

1) do I qualify under this business to sponsor somone ?
2) what are the requirements for employer ?
3) can we do this ourself or shd we hire a consultant??
