Naturalisation of child

Hi all,

I hold British nationality and my wife will be eligible for ILR in January 2024.

Once my wife gets ILR, I understand she will be eligible for naturalisation the same day upon acquiring ILR.

My daughter was born in India and she will be eligible for ILR in January 2024.

Assuming my wife gets ILR in February 2024, when will my daughter be eligible for naturalisation? Does she have to wait a full year after acquiring ILR?

Assuming my wife gets ILR in February 2024, when will my daughter be eligible for naturalisation? Does she have to wait a full year after acquiring ILR? Depends on the age of your daughter. Under 18 can be registered alongside with your wife. Over 18 has to wait for 1 year.
