Doubt In fillinf the Vaf9 pdf

As I was filling in Vaf9 I could not understand Q1.2 which reads

Which Appendix did you complete?

followed by

Number Title

When I went through vaf9 guide it specifies

Refer to Annex B for the list of categories available,but cant understand what it is?

can anybody please let me know as what should be filled in Q1.2 of Vaf9

Also is it fine to ask me questions like this???(Might be silly for most of the ppl )
