Global Mobility Dependent Visa

Hi,

I am currently in UK holding Global Mobility DEPENDENT visa, I wanted to know if I can convert my visa status to Global Mobility visa as a primary applicant without leaving UK.

Is it possible for my company to process Global Mobility visa for me as a primary applicant ? I wanted to understand the immigration law on this scenarios. Please assist.
