Clerification in TIER 2 Dependent (Health and Care) Visa application Form

My name is Siddiq and i have been granted ILR. I am applying for my wife visa as TIER 2 dependent. I will appreciate your input about some clerification in visa application form.
While filling the form, the section where we have to give world history, there are entry and exit questions.
i.e
Which country did you visit ? Pakistan
When did you enter did country ?
When did you leave this country ?
My question is- do we have to enter "entry exit dates to Pakistan"
or "entry exit dates to UK"
