Rise in visa refusals.

Was speaking with my solicitor today, she said that her company and others have noticed a general rise in visa refusals, and also that many of the reasons given seem unlawful, so her and other companies have been using judicial reviews to challenge the refusals.

It's mostly like that, when refusals are pursued can get overturned.
