Can I quit my job after DETE S4 support letter is issued?

Hi folks, my company is a joke and its taking a heavy mental toll.

I'm wondering .. am I free to serve my notice as soon as my stamp 4 support letter is issued?

I'm worried that might invalidate the CSEP - which I believe it must be presented to the immigration office before they can issue the IRP. Maybe the CSEP status will be checked?

Does anyone have any experience with this?
