Model Employer letter & documents for ILR

Post by marshgate » Tue Jan 06, 2009 2:32 pm

Hi Newbie here, i have been reading this forum from long time, its a very good forum and people are very helpful. coming to my first question, can any one give me a model of employer letter and what are the documents needed for ILR. if we have an employer letter saying that i have been working from the past 5 years and they still need it, will that be enough to show the 5 year lawful residency ofcourse along with normal documents. i don't have the first two p60's you see, that's why i am asking. Thank you for your time.

Too whom it may concern,

Mr xxx has held the position xxx with company xxx for the last xxx years and continues to be employed with xxx.
Please do not hesitate in contacting myself Mr xxx position if you have only questions re: MrXXX

I used a very similar worded letter for ILR and Naturalisation, it does not need to long or complicated.

In the future please reframe from been too cheecky if you dont receive the answers you want quickly.
