FLR(M) or FLR(FP) for extension on Partner Route

Hi

I'm making the last visa extension for my wife, who was granted LTR under 10 years Partner route in 2013.

I have chosen the FLR(FP) form and have added all the information ( including details of 3 children who are British citizens by birth ). I'm now at the stage of paying the NHS surcharge, but it's showing FLR(M) there.

Have I made a mistake anywhere? I have selected Partner *under basis if your application*

FLR M is fine, because she's the spouse of a British citizen. She's done 7.5 years in the UK already. She just needs the visa to get her to the 10 years mark.
