I have went through all of the requirements for the spouse visa, my only problem is the financial income requirement. but my spouse in the UK is disabled and has multiple health issues and also currently receives LCWRA payments. which I suppose agrees with the exemption "significant difficulties for me and my partner if we don't live together or live outside of the UK" (anyone can correct or confirm for me if what I said is correct or not correct) so by knowing that, we would have to prove adequate accommodation correct? but the question is, how do I prove that? I am outside of the UK. will I have to talk with a landlord online and pre-rent a house and get proof and legal papers from him to show for my visa requirements?
