NEED ADVICE PLEASE ON SPOUSE VISA EXTENSION

Hello & thanks for reading. My wife was given a visa from the 24th May to 24th feb 2024 so I am in the process of applying for her extension and I have a few questions pls I was hoping someone could answer. I have applied for her extension but now of the questions that came up was has she passed her life in the uk test and I clicked no because I though that she only needs to pass pass her A2 English level test. Also is the link below the correct link to apply for my wife's second 2.1/2 year extension ?

If your wife has only completed 2.5 years on her spouse visa, then only A2 level English is needed. Did you apply for FLR(M) online through the link below?

From the link you posted, it appears that you have applied in error under the family route, which is for those who don't meet the FLR(M) criteria.
