My Friend Wife is Pregnant in UK. My Friend Visa status is Student visa. Can he bring his mother on Visit visa for Help. If he can how to apply for visit visa what are the requirements. Kindly help us Thank you

Yes he can invite his mum over. However, getting the visa is a different thing entirely. She needs to prove that she has enough (a life) doing back home to make her want to return. Everyone's personal criteria's are different. Read the requirements and it would give you an idea.
Bringing her for help is not allowed (legally). But I hope he doesn't mention that.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
