Can EU citizen be sponsor of the company

Post by BulgarRct » Thu Mar 21, 2024 4:48 pm

Hi,

I recently applied for sponsor licence to get skilled worker overseas but they asked me my passport.

I am director of the company and I am Bulgarian citizen.

So as a Bulgarian citizen can I get licence to my company ?

Thanks

You are a UK resident, hold full Settled Status?
Then you are free to conduct your business as you wish.
Not aware there are restrictions on EU nationals who are UK residents.

As an EUSS holder you have almost all rights that a BC has. Not aware that only BC can run a sponsor business.
