I have an application pending @ the immigration and tribunal, i still went on and re-applied for entry clearance and was refused, but the ECO decision is contestable, and can negetively influence my pending appeal. The decision: The ECO stated that my neco certificate and my sponsors bank statement are not geninue and gave an automatic refusal for 10 years. Now my uncle is pissed at the decision and doesnt want to prove anything to the BHC what will do. My o' level is genuine, i know for sure since it my personal effect, and the bank statement is genuine becouse my sponsor represents genuine sponsorshp.
