Pakistani Marital Status change in Passport Querry

Hi guys I am a student in Italy, and I recently got married, my husband renewed my NIC when I came back to Pakistan from Italy for vacation but he haven't renewed my Passport for changing marital status.

Please advise me if I have to renew my passport as well for changing marital status or Is it necessary to change marital status of my passport? Because I want to depart from Pakistan within two weeks I have exams. What should be done in this matter please advise. Thanks in advance!
