Children question in Set M ILR

Can someone please clarify the children section in Set M ILR

Children with your partner
Do you have any children with your partner
Do you have any children whose parent is not your partner

I presume it means my children in the UK attached with my application. Am I correct?
Also can I use the Set M paper form of 2018 as guidance for this section
