good morning sir, pls I apply for my graduation visa as a dependent and I made my visa fee and 3 days later I was sent a link to pay for my IHS due to my bank issues after a 5time attempt the link was blocked and I'm not unable to make the payment till now can they resend another link or what can I do ?

You can just apply again. You would need to pay again, but the fee paid twice will be refunded because your first application is void and invalid.

To prevent this from happening again, when asked about the expiry of the main applicant's visa, you need to give the expiry of the visa they are applying for, not the expiry of their last visa.

I am not fully clear whether you have applied for as a Student dependant, Graduate dependant, or something else.
