Earning clarification

Hey,

I am UK graduate-2007 and currently working in Qatar since Nov 2007 to date and now am planning to apply for TIER 1 General. I have a questions to ask,

In my package i am getting allowance such as company accomodation, car, medical, and yearly ticket, can i claim for all these allowances? If yes, is company letter stating allowance and bank statement stating net salary is enough to prove!

thanks, but they didnt mentioned how they will accept. Only employer letter stating all allowance will be accepted?
