How to check if person has been deported from UK?

Hello folks.

I am in need of help please.

I am wanting to find out whether my wife has been deported. We have been separated for 5 years and there was no contact between us.

Recently, i met an old neighbour of ours, who told me that my wife had been deported. Apparently, she was picked up by border force police.

As I want to start divorce proceedings, I need to know where my wife is, so that I can serve divorce papers.

So my question is, "Is there a way I can find out whether my ex wife has been deported?" If so, please can someone advise how.

Simple answer would be to call any of her family that you know. Or track them on Facebook.

Data Protection Act 2018, this means that no government agency can share with you any data or information that hasn't been authorised by the owner. That would be a breach of her fundamental rights.

Hello Ticktack.

Unfortunately, i do not have any contact with her family. And she is not on social media.

Not sure where i go from here.
