URGENT: single salary slip for 3 months

Post by khateeb » Tue Jan 27, 2009 4:45 am

Hi,

I'm planning to apply under Tier 1 from India in this week. I'm serving the notice period after having resigned from my company on 5-Dec-08 and would be working until 13-Feb-09. When i apply for Tier 1, it may be possible that i would have left the company whose pay slip i'm submitting.

I wanted to know if my resignation causes any negative effect on the visa approval...?

Also among the 12 payslips, the last three month salary is a consolidated single salary slip(full & final) settlement(already paid to me in advance), just wondering if this is acceptable...?

Thanks in advance.

No there should not be any side effects of your resignation in your previous company... they are completely different things...

You can use the consolidated payslip which i am thinking is pay from 5th Dec - 4th March 09 (Notice period)

This pay slip should be used based on the earning period you are using... if you are planning your earnings peiod from 1st Feb 08 - 31st Jan 09, use these pay slips but you should clearly mention this in very detail to make sure the caseworker is not confused or gets a clearer picture of your case...

I advice you to wait for MORE replies/comments from people who are in the same situations to give better advice...

Good luck with your application

Ramesh, thanks for your reply, it helps...! :)

I'll reframe my second question, i had not typed it correctly:

Actually I'm planning to submit my payslips from Mar-08 to Feb-09. In such case i hope i can submit 9 (Mar-Nov, 08) + 1 (Dec-08 to Feb-09) = 10 salary slips, together which are enough to get me required points.

I have delayed my plan to apply, appreciate any further comments/replies.

Thanks & Regards
Khateeb

No. of pay slips if < 12 is not any problem of concern as long as you earn the required points...

And, i understand that in this case you need to apply in March 09, to use your feb earnings...
