Yes through EUSS and they sent an email, but unfortunately I don't have them. Thank you for your helpful replies.contorted_svy wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 11:44 amDid you get status under EUSS or a long time ago with permanent residence?
If through EUSS they should have sent you an email. If it is a very long time ago, you should have a permanent residence card? If not known just put down the month and year and explain it has been long ago. You will need to provide proof of your ILR though so you need to retrieve a residence card or some other evidence about it - the onus of proof is on you. A SAR may not even be enough if your ILR goes this far back.
I have a proof or ILR only don't have a date when me and my kids gain it. Can't wait a month as I have fee waiver token which must be used within 28 days.contorted_svy wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 12:42 pmI suggest again you should ask for a SAR - you will then be able to use that as proof of ILR, as you would need to supply also the URN which I imagine you don't have. May I ask why you don't have time to wait for the results of the SAR?
