Applying for British citizenship after ILR

Hello,

I am currently on Heath and care visa. My husband was on the same and got ILR last year and has applied for British citizenship this year.
I finish 5 years on my visa (and get ILR) in 2026. I wanted to ask if I would be eligible to apply for citizenship straightaway and not wait 12 months, as I would then be married to a British citizen?

Correct - you would be able to apply immediately as spouse of BC if you satisfy all other requirements at that time.
