I received my COS on 10th February 2024 and my skilled worker (Care worker) visa on 10th March 2024. At the moment I am working in a private care company. I want to know, When I change my job;
1. If I receive a care worker job offer from NHS can NHS provide me a COS if I receive £23,200 or more annually?
2. If I receive a job offer from any other “Skilled Worker for eligible occupations” list can they provide me a COS if I receive the “Lower going rate”? (for example Occupation code – 5214, Job type – Pipe fitters, Lower going rate – £25,800)
3. In the above 2 occasions will I retain the right to bring dependents to the UK?
