Best to keep your mouth shut?

Post by Matt6677 » Fri Sep 06, 2024 6:33 pm

Hello,

So I applied for my wife's visa (SET M) on 21/06/2024 and the biometric appointment took place on 26/06/2024

Everything was going great until I was hit with that redundancy email. The department Im working in is closing down and everyone affected is still going through the redundancy process.

I'm guessing it wont be until the end of the month before everything gets finalised.

Looking at the timelines in the main thread, I don't think we are that far from a decision.

Here is my question- Do I mention this to anyone or as stated in my thread title, keep my mouth shut?

If you met the requirements on the date of the application, then I think you should be okay.

What happens after the date of the application is irrelevant to decision, so no need to worry
