Global Talent Visa - Potential Leader

Post by Sadman2468 » Sun Sep 08, 2024 3:23 pm

Dear team,

Currently, me and my partner are both on a PSW visa which ends in December 2024. I am working on applying for a global talent visa as a potential leader. I will be the main applicant. In these circumstances, does my partner need to apply for a global talent visa separately or can I add her as my dependent?

Also, for this visa what type of evidence do I need to submit? How much evidence do I need to submit?

Please advise me.

Thanks
Sadman

If she is also eligible under Global Talent, then she may also switch on her own and possibly benefit from an accelerated 3-year qualifying period for ILR. Else, she may apply as your dependant with a 5-year qualifying period for ILR.
