Tourist visa for India for Police Officer.

Dear All

My girlfriend is Filipino and she is a POLICE OFFICER in Manila, Philippines.She wants to Visit India in January for sightseeing for 5 days.Can she get a Tourist Visa or E-Visa, for India as she is a Police officer.
Is there any issues getting Tourist E-Visa or Paper Tourist Visa for Police Officers .Does Indian government strict on issuing Tourist Visa to Police officer?

What documents does she need to get Tourist Visa for India ?

Please can you share your views.

I have already checked on this link earlier but as there are videos on Youtube and I also checked with few other people saying India is strict giving Tourist Visa to People in Police, Military etc..

E-visa may not be possible .Paper visa may be possible .She needs Job Letter,Leave Letter ,Hotel Booking, Return Air Ticket...These are all people saying...So, bit confused and Scared if she will get Tourist visa?

I would recommend to get appointment at Indian Mission be honest and tell them the purpose of visit and submit your documents.
