Skilled worker visa delayed

I have submitted my application for skilled worker visa on prority basis but did not receive any response yet. I have received a email that it takes time for application processing due to some action needed by my end. However they did not specify what documents need to be submitted. Can i get any suggestion or email address , contact number for home
