TSLcontact Appointments

Hi everyone,

I’m in the process of booking a biometric appointment for my wife's SET(M) application. I noticed that from the UKVI website, all appointments after 15th October 2024 need to be booked with TSLcontact instead of Sopra Steria.

However, when I try to book, the earliest appointment I’m seeing is in the first week of November. Does anyone know what time of day or how frequently TSLcontact releases new appointment slots? Any tips on how to get an earlier slot would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! Have you managed to secure an appointment yet? TSLcontact releases slots for Croydon and London (Gee Street) every day - just today, there are openings for November 11-12.
However, for other locations, slots tend to appear spontaneously. For instance, you can currently book appointments in Birmingham and Luton.
I hope they resolve the situation soon!

Hi! Yes, I managed to book an appointment at Croydon for the 29th of October. Hopefully, the situation improves for everyone else waiting to secure their slots!

Did you confirm the appointment first and then changed it to different date? Is this even possible once you have selected the date?

Any tips on how to get the earlier appointment?

Yes, I first booked a later date and then kept checking daily for an earlier slot until I managed to get one. You can only change the appointment date a maximum of 2 times. Just a heads-up—TSLContact doesn’t let you change the appointment centre once the initial appointment is booked; you have to email them to request that. Hope this helps, and good luck finding an earlier appointment!

Just a heads-up, though—my experience with their customer service has been pretty frustrating. I sent them an email about my appointment and never got a reply. Hopefully, you have better luck!
