evisa but no email invitation from home office

hey guys

i have not received email invitation from home office to change biometric to e visa, i applied through solicitor and my wife received visa in march 2024 but her biometric is expiring 31 december 2024. can i change her biometric toe visa without invitation ? can anybody guide ma plz procedure ? thanks

Everyone should be able to convert their BRP to an evisa now even without the invitation email.
