Can employer employ his skilled worker to other employer

Hello All,

We have few restaurants, all under separate companies and separate Licenses. We having set of skilled workers in these restaurants. Sometime, one restaurant has more work or other less. Can we use skilled workers from one restaurant to provide services in other restaurant. We can draw some contract between our companies and utilise workforce accordingly. Or can I use supply our skilled workers to some other restaurant via some service contract. Just want to use best of resources to reduce cost as it is touching sky now-a-days.
